the 2nd one you posted is off the later model, different front subframe means it wont mount the same, but the first ones are good theres quite a few but i wont be buying them just yet.. think il service the brakes next ner id do all the bearings next si, wheel bearings headstock bearings swinging arm bushes etc , get the wheels blasted and rubber on , chain then sprockets , then brakes

aye it doesnt really matter what order cos they all need to be done before its MOT'd anyway

ive found that doing the brakes last is best , just before the start of the season or mot gets the best results and a yearly strip clean and reassemble gives the best results ,

in your mind start building the bike from scratch , frame engine harness forks suspension etc etc etc finnishing with plastics , try to do every job just once , so your not back peddling all the time , perhaps start at the front and work back , headstock bearings check grease or replace , fork seals , blast the wheel and change bearings , fit a tyre ,

good advice and dont try doing to many different bits at once if you end up with half a dozen parts in bits not getting finished its disheartening but seeing one part finished gives you a boost

if you wanting the carbs balence,. try giving 2WS a ring,.. if you ask them nicely they may do it in your garage,. takes about 10 mins to balence them ( took longer with mine as i had petrol tank on ) always worth a try

the bikes subframe and wiring loom arrived, spent tonight putting the subframe back on and checking everything is straight and ok while re fitting the undertray however i noticed one of the bolts has sheared off at the head and is still threaded in, so ive sprayed it with wd40 and im going to attempt to unscrew it tomorrow if not then im going to have to take the subframe back off and the undertray to drill it out.. other than that the bikes coming along fine. the wiring loom looks like it will be a job for after christmas unless i get it done tomorrow, but i think the stuck thread might take up most of my time in the garage tomorrow iv just ordered the left hand switch console for the handlebars as the one thats fitted at the moment isnt origional and isnt wired up properly i still need clocks but im going to hold out for the right ones on ebay displaying the right mileage, they need to run UK speed, as its an import and is reading in clicks at the moment..

its always best to draw the broken bolt from the back if poss , mig weld a nut onto the shank or grip it with mole grips if poss , theres always an easier way of getting a broken stud out rather than drilling and re tapping it worse case synario bring it to the master and ill whip it out in no time
