I have a fujitsu siemens netbook, Its running really slowly since picking up a malwire bug, I managed to get rid of the bug with antimalware, but now it is slow, I guess a format to clear everything off would be best but it hasn't got a disk drive and I don't remember getting any back up with it, got it from Staples about 2 years ago, runs XP, any advice or reccomendation of anywhere I can take to be fixed would be very much appreciated.

usually if there no disk you can boot into a windows install on startup which will format and reinstall for you.

alot of the time netbooks have there own backup and format software on them, depending on the make of laptop. like i know HP and ACER has it.
