Sky problems

Hi All
Anyone have any problem with Sky broadband in Hartlepool ??
Since 2 days I got no internet (tv and phone - ok)
checked all cables, router, etc. When call to Sky they said - we got some problems in Hartlepool. Had simillar problems before but sorted in few hours so now Im a bit 'confused.com' as I need internet to do some work but costumer service is not very helpful

Phone them and tell them to get there arse round, your paying for the service they arn't delivering.

Usually if you kick off they sort it

I did few times, even last night just before 1am and still nothing
Last time they sort the probkem after my second call but not this time

Oops, sounds like The Midnight Cable Company have been at work again in Hartlepool

My friend lives in Hartlepool and he has asked the same question on Face book so guess they are having problems.

Released an update on the sky site saying it wnt b sorted til tomorow
