have you tried logging on using a diffrent computer (that isn't andoird or Ios releated) or how about using a different browser (firefox or chrome) to see if the problem persists. This will tell us that there is a problem either with the browser you are using (normally internet explorer) or the machine your are using. Chris, I can get on to the forum on my iPad and on my work computer, however, I cannot get in on my lap top. I've not tried for ages, so it may have happened when the forum was upgraded. Any suggestions?

If you're using internet explorer try clearing the temp internet files - depending on version click the cog top right and then options - the option to delete temp files shoukd be in there. If that doesn't work, in the same option dialog box, click advanced and click on the button to reset all settings. If that doesn't work, just use smoggies

Any suggestions? Since I know you and technology is best friends im gunna make the assumption your using internet explorer (IE). my first point of call will be to chexk version is up to date. To do this you will need to open up IE. On the top bar you should have "File", "Edit" & "Help" If this isnt visable you will need to click the Alt button which is to the left or right of the space bar and it should make them appear. once you get this you will need to click tge "Help" which will bring a drop down menu you which will find and click "About internet explorer". the latest version is 11. Next step if your up to date is to reset all IE settings which ill type it up in the morning :-)

right next bit for brain frying,..
if your IE is all up to date and your still having problems,. next step would be to reset all settings on IE (this will delete any saved data you may have any website *for example bank customer ID, e-mail address and password for any internet based outlook and so on).
In the top right hand corner you will have something that looks like a sproket or cog (just below where you would close the program down) click this and on the drop down menu select internet options.
along the top of the new box that opens you will have and "Advanced" tab which you will need to click.
to reset IE back to default you will need to clikc the "Restore advanced Settings" box 3/4 down the window. (it will look like nothing has happened but i assure you it has).
after that you will need to click the "Reset..." button, a new window will pop open, you will need to tick the box about deleting personal settings and then click reset.
once all this has been down,. go through to TB forum and try logging in. and hopefully will work.
if your still having problems drop me a message and ill try help you out if i can.
