I have an old Street Pilot myself, B&W !!!
The last time I priced an update disc it was about £40 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From memory it shouldnt be any more difficult than plugging the Garmin into the pc via a spare usb port and running the disc up.
Good luck

Iv edited the voice files and stuff before and read about updates, the lead is normaly a quite common one, and iconic is right the updates do cost about 40 but if a few club together it can be used to update asmany as needed when i get home i will see if i can get you a cheap copy
