As topics occur to me I'll put them in here but I'll start with stuff users might not know about....
Sorting Forum Topics In every Forum here and even in the New Topics page there are bold blue text headers above most columns....
'Subject' 'Started By' 'replies' 'Views' 'Last Post'
Each of these is a button that when clicked performs a sort of the page based on which one you clicked so....
If you click on the 'Views' button the page will be sorted to show the topics that have been viewed the MOST - first!
It can look a little weird because STICKIES always stay at the top and get sorted first - with the rest of the topics underneath....
Click 'Views' AGAIN and the topics will be resorted with the LEAST views first.
The text fields work the same but sort (usually) by A - Z and then in reverse Z - A
Useful for finding most viewed or replied to topics.
Now I need to lay down for about 10 hours - bye!

Searching the Site..... Two main ways on this site AND BOTH ARE AWFUL....... 1) Spyglass at the top of most pages under the Helmet 2) Within each Forum (Area), just next to where the number of pages present is shown is another Spyglass. I've Tried THREE different browsers and the pop-up for this window DOES NOT EVEN DRAW properly!
Ok - either method used above will almost certainly time out due to the number of Topics on the site, Thankfully a superhero is at hand: Google Advanced SearchGoogle can be TOLD to search just within ONE SINGLE site so to search this site for the best possible posts (laverda ) Copy and paste the phrase on the next line: laverda site:http://teessidebikers.proboards.com/ THEN Go to Google www.google.comPaste the text you copied above in the search box & Voila!!! Now just change the text "laverda" to what you want to seach for OR go to the bottom of the page & look for 'Advanced Search' and you can edit in all sort of options.... Here is a direct link to do that which 'might' work : www.google.co.uk/advanced_search?q=laverda+site:http://teessidebikers.proboards.com/&hl=en&biw=1280&bih=870&site=webhp&prmd=imvns

Hmmm - Google sadly does not index our site to far back in time. Here is a better alternative: boardreader.com/index.php?a=a&x=1Boardreader advanced search - again you need to tell it to ONLY search THIS site by putting; 'http://teessidebikers.proboards.com' Where it says "Domain" - but it seems to work a treat!
