We have carpet & big mats in the garage. Just move the mats then for messy jobs. Save's Terry from getting too cold in winter. Occasionally wen it snows I let him back in the house!! Lol

Full floor is painted and My garage is half carpeted. Front half is dirty half and back half is clean half. Options also exist to heat it... I Hoover it once a month and it keeps the dirt down.... Can't beat an organised garage.

King of bad taste My winter job consists of washing the bloody salt off every bloody day - which is a right pita when hosepipe freezes up. First proper cold day yesterday - thermometer was flashing 1 degree on the way home and I made the mistake of rising the Bishopton road first thing - lots of ice on it.

Futura needs a fair bit this winter.
New rear tyre, new screen, source a tool kit so I can adjust the chain and take the back wheel off, sort out the pulsing from the front brakes (last time I buy discs from Lee) and a deep clean and lube up all over. Service wouldn't hurt either I suppose. Would be nice if I can source some proper panniers for it but they'll have to be cheap. Not sure what to do about my exhausts. The standard triangular end can has been replaced by a pair of Termignoni pipes. They are hellish loud and make it sound like a proper Vee Twin but they look a bit crap and I'm not sure if the fuelling is right since they've been changed. Might ask around on some forums if anyone is interested in swapping for an original unit.

If the brakes are pulsing then you're gonna need new discs.

You still haven't seen my little beauty in the flesh yet have you? Or heard the thunderous menace.

Can't beat an organised garage. I bet you have to lock, unlock, lock the doors about 400 times before your OCD is satisfied? Your garage sounds cleaner and more organised than my house..! Does this make you shiver?
