Just wondering what winter jobs people have got lined up?
My bikes need a proper rake out, the old blade in particular. It needs new tyres soon, I've put off having the wheels powder coated for 3 years, so they are gonna get done, which also means the wheel and sprocket carrier bearings are gonna get replaced too. Also need to fit some rear brake pads to it whilst the wheel is off.
No one likes winter, but I suppose it gives us chance to have a proper crawl over the bikes and turn them around ready for spring.
What chores have you got to do ?

Aye, you wanna swap them square tyres for some round ones Clint. Remember to refit your side stand once they're on cos it won't stand up on its own any more

Hopefully will get the bike resprayed, and maybe the chain and sprockets changed, non can be done till after it MOT, and the santa run is completed. But this all depends on how much spending money I have spare from Christmas, and birthdays www.justgiving.com/chrissantarun3013

You'd better ask Santa for a dustpan and brush this winter... So you can sweep that wreck of yours up in April

Got a complete set of panels...took me two years to collect them so Gonzo will sandblast them back to plastic then respray in a nice new colour scheme. Will still have the green and silver panels to swap back when I feel like it. Couldn't give that up....too stylish. Thinking of getting some Angel Eyes for the fans whilst I am at it and have access to the electrics. Seems like a few are thinking of resprays, either "touching up" or new schemes. Won't reognise some of them next year....

Can't believe that Tim, it's so nice.... In fact it's so nice, and due to having identical bikes we could just swap reg plates and you could sell my 20,000 mile blade that has never missed a beat. Just off to touch some wood!!
