RIP to all those who died 10 years ago.
Hard to believe it happened even after 10 years.
Thoughts with survivors and families of the victims.

Still can't quite believe this terrible act actually happened. I have watched the footage many times over the years and still today the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and I shudder. I never truly understood the meaning of 'you will remember exactly what you were doing' until this happened and yes I can remember exactly where I was, what I was doing and when I found out as if it was yesterday. My thoughts and prayers are with anyone who was effected in any way by this event - basically the whole of humanity

2000 Harleys of FDNY leaving from the Fire Memorial, heading down to the WTC site - a proper tribute to the fallen firefighters.

10 Years ago today i was based at the USA Camp Able Sentry in Macedonia, I was in the mess hall eating with about 200 US personnel when the full horror of those events unfolded on the giant tv screen before us, a deathly silence fell and then the realisation of what we had just witnessed kicked in, we all just sat in stunned silence feeling helpless and lost for words.
RIP TO ALL THE FALLEN, serving and civilian.
