Just a quick recommendation for a new sponsor Geoff Towers in Guisborough.
I've been taking all sorts of bikes there for about 25 years for servicing, repairs and MOTs and have always been delighted with the service. Somehow, my bikes always leave feeling much better than when I arrived. I have 3 bikes so probably go there 6 times a year
Apart from the very reasonable prices he charges for servicing, if you order/buy anything from him he generally fits it for free or very cheaply at the same time. This includes brake pads, chains and sprockets, heated handlebar grips, etc, etc. He also does replacement braided hoses at a price which seems cheaper than doing it yourself.
He also orders and fits tyres at competitive rates and you just take your bike in, leave it for an hour and ride off - fantastic!
Anything he can't do (respoke wheels and fit an alarm if I remember correctly) he knows someone who can
As you can tell, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
