Not strictly a biking recommendation but a good deal for a nice weekend away with the wife/husband. We stayed at Foxfields Country Hotel and Suites near Clitheroe/Blackburn/Skipton. We had a suite with 2 flat screen TVs, lounge, large bathroom, balcony etc. There was a small gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Includes bed & full English breakfast, 1-course lunch or soup & sandwich, 3 course dinner, free tea & coffee in hotel lounges throughout your stay, unlimited house beer & lager (Tetleys & Carlsberg), house selection wines & soft drinks 6pm - 11pm, unlimited house selection wine by the glass with dinner, early check-in from 12noon, late check-out up to 4pm. Meals were lovely Blackpool is about 40 mins drive away Total cost for 2 nights for 2 people was £178. Fantastic value considering the vast amount of free booze we drank. The wine was nice and they let you take it up to you room. www.hotelshopuk.com/all-inclusive-breakswww.activehotels.com/1/1/12373-foxfields-country-hotel-suites-clitheroe.html

+1 nick. I think you would be hard pushed to provide your own food and drink at home for that price.

I stayed there last December but not on the all inclusive basis. Must say I wasn't impressed. Can't remember what but I had a pasta dish for my evening meal, I asked if I could have some parmesan and they said they didn't have any but I could have cheddar instead!!! Also they ran out of coke or rather, they didn't, but it was reserved for one of the functions they had going on.....I mean what's all that about??? It was even bottled coke from the supermarket not a branded one and when all you drink is vodka a pepsi (preferably) then it's a bit of a problem.
Other than that the rooms were very large and comfortable and it's in a great location for getting out and about.
