Bunkhouses

Again, not strictly a biking post but here are some bunkhouses I have stayed in over the past couple of years. If you can fill them it only works out about £15 - £20 per person for the weekend. Cheaper than camping!
1. West End, Pately Bridge

Isolated, sleeps 30 people in 9 bedrooms. Nice kitchen including Aga

2. Selside. Horton In Ribblesdale

Isolated, sleeps 23 in 4 bedrooms, basic. Owned by Leeds University and you need to speak to a lecturer (no problem)
£360 for 2 nights

3. Halton Gill. Kettlewell
Isolated, sleeps 40 in 8 bedrooms. Has a sauna and pool table

4. Swarthghyll Bunkbarn. Hawes

Isolated but owner next door, sleeps 40 in 6 rooms
Has a bar where you can order barrels of beer. I got 9 gallons of Black Sheep for about £110.
