www.motohaus.com/acatalog/Air_Pro.htmlThink I'll look at getting the Tubeless Repair Kit which contains 5 Plugs and repair tools. If you are looking for replacement CO2 Cartridges, these are good value. I consider the repair to my tyre as only a temporary measure, I am going to look at a permanent repair next week. Having used Slime or Tyreweld, a permanent repair may not be possible. The inside of the tyre needs to be clean for the repair patch and adhesives to work. Got a new tyre on order but will try and get a repair done first.

The hole filler / plug is a sticky piece of shit about 2" long that is inserted into the hole, double backs onto itself when you pull the tool out and is then trimmed off flush with the outside of the tyre. not quite as thick and smelly as real "cat shit"

Been to C&S today, the tyre is "goosed", therefore a new one is required.
It sounds like the only way a "safe/guaranteed to BS" repair can be achieved is if a temporary repair is not made in the first place, (either sealant or plug).
The integrity of the tyre has been compromised by the temporary repair.
With being away from home, and not wanting to be recovered a temporary repair had to be done to get us home.
In the future, I will plug the tyre with the "cat sh1t" and use Slime or Tyreweld as belt and braces to get me home.
With the tyre "plugged", the compressor will inflate the tyre, it just takes time.
