I use Google Maps. Came with a Navigation function on the phone. Sometimes doesn't quite leave enough notice for a junction if you're shifting, but in general is ok.

I used Co-Pilot Live8 on my Windows Phone - superb but expensive.

I know this might not relate to your phone but just for anyone who may visit this thread- If you jailbreak your iphone (www.jailbreakme.com- i think?!) then download installus then you can get the most up to date tom tom app which is fantastic

I have Navfree and TomTom Western Europe for the iPhone. The TomTom app is expensive but superb. I don't think you need a separate sat nav when you have an app like that.
