Just information for your refernence.
at work and home i use firefox web browser and had issues at work trying to access Virginmedia mail at work and gives me and error message saying can't access site,
after a little investigation turns out firefox have updated and the TLS fallback has failed when using through proxies
there is 2 ways to fixing this
Simple way is downgrade to 26.0
the techy way is to type about:config into top bar
change sercurity.TLS.Max from "3" to "1"
