Anybody got a redundant vice in working order/overhaulable that you don't use any more and is clogging up a corner of the garage? Will trade for tea and cake or several of the Queen's fine British pounds For some reason, recently especially, I've found myself doing a lot of jobs that would be considerably easier if I had one, especially when whittling.

Scorton auto jumble on tomorrow morning from 7am you will get one there The only time I see 7am is when I've not yet gone to bed I work weekends so often miss out on these things... Which is probably a good thing, else the house would be chock full of stuff I can see the point in but my mother can't... Women

Farrrrr too expensive, though lovely to have. They're more of a luxury item, just need something as cheap as possible to get me started. Got a lot of time off with this hospital lark and I've a few projects/jobs on the go that would be infinite easier if I just had something to hold the materials while I work on them.
Hoping Santa brings me a Dremel for Christmas, then I can expand my horizons a bit. Whittling with just a knife is lovely, charming even, but verrrryyyyyyy time consuming. So much so you can tire of a project after 40-50-60 hours, it'd be nice to have something else to work on concurrently.
