Kawasaki KZ 400 will be getting this week, I want to make it into a hard tail rather than having a swing arm, any Idea where will sell me some bar and bend it to the required angles ? For the frame ? This has been done alt in these bikes in the USA but have not seen here much

Nip down to m and j commercials in portrack(follow the road past asda down to the t junction)ask for mick(fooey) he,l sort you out mate !

No problem mate,your best bet is to have a chat with him,the problem about trying to weld a hardtail on yourself is it will need setting in a jig to keep everything straight!he has such a thing!

I had one about eight years ago,realy easy to work on,if you search on facebook for colin fitzgerald hes just built a little bobber kz!ive just had a look and ive still got the manual if you need one!

Anyone know where to get a set of carbs rebuilt ? They will need rubber parts replacing too
