I had a wheel powder coated and they made a total mess of it, after trying to sort it out myself, cleaning paint out of bearing housings has become too much of a time consuming ball ache, so does anyone know where in the area I can get it stripped back down ready for someone who knows what they're doing to paint it again?

Motorcool in thornaby. They'll re-powder coat it for you as well.

Lee I spoke to Eddie and he said for one wheel he can't offer any discount because he wouldn't make any money on it, but i might just have to but the bullet and go for it anyway..
Glenn the company is called AMD specialist coatings in Gateshead and dont ever use them the work and service was shocking

motorcool wrecked the tyre on my car , has leaked ever since ive took it back and they said it was fixed but it wasnt , i wouldnt use them again.

Well I got my wheel back, the first time I went to pick it up it wasn't quite right but they've sorted it and knocked a tenner off the quoted price, the jobs spot on, will use them again

he must of been in a bad mood when he did my car wheels ,they have loads of pitting marks still and he said you cant get them all out lol ,his advert says your wheels will be like new , wouldnt reccomend or go back ever. they split the bead on the tyre it wont hold air at all its been back twice , told him it needs a new tyre but he not having any of it.
