As a few are aware, I've had a running problem with the black bird since buying it. The fault wast possible to replicate whilst stationary. Steve took ownership of the fault and worked systematically through the bike until it was remedied. Not a quick fix but a solid one. I did 100 miles on the bike today and it's now faultless. A big thumbs up from me
