Was time to get rear wheel replaced on the zx and i already had the tyre,
After a bit of trouble getting the rear axle i found that the sprocket bearigs had collapsed.
Phoned crofton court after getting bearings to get the remainding of the bearing removed. Was done in a matter of minutes and also fitted the new bearing and rear wheel so had the bike back on the road the same day.
Thanks steve

Just wanted to add more thanks to Steve and his boys down at Croftoncourt for the new tyres on my bike. Excellent service at the right price.. Thanks also for the short term use of that "other bike" for the errand I had to run. Thank goodness no one saw me on it !!

i remain a supporter of supporting local businesses as opposed to buying off the internet.... I got an HJC RPHA MAX flip front from Steve a couple of years ago.... Had a problem with the flip locking system. Called in on Friday and Steve made a phone call to the importer whilst I was there. The helmet is now on its way back for repair.... It's good when we deal with people in person.... You might save £1.32 by getting it from the Internet, but what price do you put on personal service. Whilst there, I asked when I could bring my bike in for MOT... "Tomorrow morning do you" was the reply. So, bike MOT'd, helmet getting sorted, oh, and Mrs Basford made me a coffee while I was there.... Well, she put a 10 bob bit in the machine.... Great service, thank you..
