Many years ago, I used Cleveland Chrome Company in Middlesbrough, they no longer do motorcycle parts, (don't have the polishing equipment), they suggested the nearest now is Allen Chrome in York, www.allenchrome.co.uk/

Cheers Gents, I fancied chroming the pannier frames on my Falco (I'm sure Gonzo will remember polishing the Blue Oz wheels forever ;-), got a quote back from AllenChrome....
