Does anyone have one in their garage / shed I can borrow to plug into my bike. Think my ignition may be goosed...
Something to do with a resistor in the ignition assembly.

^^^^Ha f*&^&*g Ha!!! you're funny, you know the next bit lol . true though..
Turns out it was some thing to do with the resistor. the resistor was fine but The solder on one end had 'dried out' ( didn't realise that was possible)
a quick re-solder (not by me) and it starts (albeit very roughly) every time.
