NICE Biscuits, we have all tried them. But are they pronounced NICE or NICE ? I always pronounce it NICE, but my wife insists that it is NICE. Who's right ?

If you'd did then clearly they are nicer nice than from Nice. But what if theres a nicer store in Nice selling nicer biscuits than the nice ones from nicer over here ?
