Poor Ron he's so frustrated by the incompetence of that so called mechanic. He just wants to get his bike sorted but doesn't trust him to sort the bike.
Tried to cheer him up a bit by letting him have a quick ride out on my bike. ;D ;D

Ron, Daves got a point we all ride down there and make sure he sorts it out he wont hesitate when we all turn up and there will be a lot of us watchin over him, if he dont fix it then compensation, he wont refuse us lot Next saturday im up for it

Ron give me his number i book my bike in for service or mot and we go down there cant beleive he shut up shop for 2 weeks?

ron dave at frontline is sound mate just ignore his humour.has always looked after mejust a night mare getting any sence out of him sometimes great bloke though

Well hes been in about everything he could, i would be checking simple things first like loose battery conections, vacuum tubes, any electrical connectors on the coils could have been knocked or even just be a slack connection. If its spitting through the carbs it could be fuel starvation, try running it with the fuel tap on reserve cos its possible the filter in the tank could be blocked on normal setting. Only guesses but easy to check and dont cost anything.

has this bike got a fuel pump ,is the pump not working ,ticks over ok ,but runs bad at revs ,wiring who knows what he has touched,has he put the screws or caps back on the vacumn take offs/

Big thank you to greenman and maverick for coming and looking at the bandit today. +1 to both of you. Bigrons much happier now he knows what is wrong. ;D He even apologised to me for being like a bear with a sore head the past couple of weeks can't say I noticed any difference
May I also apologise for his bad manners in not offering you a cuppa. I even put the kettle on to boil before I went out.
