on my way to getting my bike roadworthy again won a radiator and fan off ebay for a grand total of £20 although its a cbr400rr radiator.. same engine on my bike but different fittings.. wel see my dad and i did the front mudguard which had snapped at the front.. its now good as new with a fibreglass matting underneith, a nice white finish.. looks odd as the rest of the bike is red but it will look awesome when the whole bike is white.. new front wheel and tyre arrived today and iv fitted it to the bike.. although i wont know if its any good or not til i go out and ride it.. iv checked that its balanced properly, and all seems well. other than that iv glued the back plastics which had snapped at the tag that connects it to the frame, after the glues set im going to set about sanding, primering and spraying it white cant wait til the radiator arrives and i can get it on and be away again

bust plastics are best fixed with fibre glass or araldite as both "give" a bit. super glue is brittle and can crack and snap. looking forward to seeing you out on your bike again

what i do is pop rivet an ali plate on the underside and use seam sealer to bond it all together strong and flexable again
