hi all.
my suzuki gs500 has developed a problem. at first i just naturally assumed it was the carbs because the bike has been stood for quite awhile. when im riding the bike everytime i accelerate no matter what gear or what revs it always bogs down and then picks up again with a splutter. as though its only getting a small amount of fuel.
i took bike out this morning to see if it could run this issue off. it didnt.
as a thought i swiched it onto reserve feed and it picked up no problem im now running on reserve with no problems but i know i need to sort out the main tank line. (before anyone asks yes there is petrol in the tank its about an inch under the cap about £15 worth
) can anyone guide me as to where to start this search to find the blockage or if its a common problem.
