anyone recommend a good honda mechanics

hia all, i have a honda firestorm and have just had the front cam chain tensioner replaced, when its cold theres a rattle but when its warmed up it goes, it runs a bit lumpy and slight vibration, i have been told that it might be the valve or chain timming or in the worst case bent vavles, but start with a compression test? can anyone recommend a good mechanic, i have asked a couple but are to busy this time of year.
