Noticed yesterday my chain was very loose and couldnt tighten it and needed it today and it was 5.30 and everywere was shut but Gary at summit message me to say he was still there, took him about an hour and a half to fix along with my bike being stubborn and breaking a few drill ends,
He was very kind and went out of his way to help so +1 for them!
(I even ended up as a Pillion on my own bike while he drove home
which I was more then happy to do with the service I got!)
