Tillstons of stockton

I live in stockton so they are my local dealer and this is my experience of them so far:-

Bought my bike from them... Salesman obviously thought i was a time waster as i kept going in in my scruffy building gear until i paid cash for my bike and his tune totally changed lol
Gary seems a little miserable BUT has always been helpful and sorted me out.
Stuart in the suzuki bit just blatantly has my eyes out everytime I go in. He must see me walking through the door with a big neon sign above my head sayin 'i want to buy something', so he offers me stuff at a good rate and I buy lol
Also had my bike serviced and mot'ed there and they seemed to charge a fair price and had no complaints

Got a letter from honda on 12 12 2011. Recall me scooter for some work on front brake lever. So i rang them to book it in they said they would ring when the bit's came in ? Waited and waited so rang again same answer.So today 22 02 2012 rang honda. Was tpld the jpb had been done??. Then tillston's rang and hopefully it will be done next week.

went in todayto buy a new lid got a decent discount after mentioning teesside bikers and a free pinlock insert ;D
though when i got home the insert doesnt fit so will have to pop in on tuesday though im sure theyll sort it for me

popped in yesterday and they changed the pinlock no fuss didnt even want to see my reciept
how it should be need some new boots think ill look their first ;D

i went in when i was looking for a bike at first and the lad in the Honda Kawasaki part just didn't really care at all. the lad in the Yamaha part was very helpful and the older fella in the gear part was very helpful and seemed like he'd do anything for you.

Fully agree no one seems interested in the customers. Wonder they are still in business.
