What this man said ^ I'm genuinely put off buying bikes from dealers I don't know now. Gonna give 'em negative feedback on Ebay, if I can. It's only right people know and it was via Ebay how I seen the bike.

That's aload of bull iv been buying bikes from these guys since they started at least one a year, the guys are fair and realistic they sell bikes at good prices they are not greedy, they are very help full and look after you, some people are just unrealistic it's a used bike not brand new and not expensive they sell all over the u.k and check each bike first which they don't just let them go out of the shop they always ask a few days to check the bikes, and delivery is also quiet quick bearing in mind they deliver all over the u.k, maybe they might have the odd issue but don't we all its a machine that do develop faults, we are all human at the end of the day, be realistic guys I rate them 100% Funny, your IP appears to be based in bradford as well! Shocker that one ey?

And according to my mate in the town - they are expensive. He doesn't know about their reliability as he wont buy from the due to price.

Lesson 1......Never buy a bike you've never seen started and running unless its brand new, out of the box with full manufacturers warranty, what were you thinking!

To sum up. Their customer service - Shite. Their bikes - Shite. Their policy and warranty - Shite. Honestly mate. Cowboys. Pack of lying arseholes too. Now I'm stuck with that bike that I'm trying to sell. I couldn't possibly warn you off them enough. But of course it's your choice. IMO it ain't worth the hassle. Ah, the beauty of the watchdog area! I bet these guys are reeling at the bad press they have developed for themselves

Avoid at all costs i bought my bike from them and had a nighmare with them when i went to view the bike the exhaust was blowing so i said i wanted this fixing before it was delivered they agreed and i bought the bike, week later bike got delivered and sounded fine took it out for a spin and after 10minutes it was blowing again took it home to find they had just bodged the hole in the side of the downpipe with some exhaust putty. when i range them they told me it was just the gasket hadnt bedded in properly even though i told them i could actually see the hole they wouldnt accept this, anyway lots of angry phone calls later i eventually got them to collect the bike and put new downpipes on why they didnt just do this in the first place is beyond me. Google them you'll find loads of bad reviews wish i had before i bought the bike. Customer service is shocking basically told me i was a liar and didnt know what i was taking about.

Thanks all for taking the time to post. My other half was looking to buy a bike from these monkeys and when she rang they said they wouldn't give her a test ride and gave it all the normal 1001 people are interested crap. She had her heart set on this bike so to be able to come here and read that taking a trip up to Bradford from Devon would more than likely have been a total waste of time has just saved a fortune in fuel and time and stress. I registered just to say thanks, I thought it was the least that i could do. Keep it rubber side down, thanks again from Devon...

I've always thought their bikes were well priced, but having read this thread I wont be buying anything off them Thats what I originally thought ..... But on checking various sources, every review was utterly negative other than one review which turned out to be from a bloke who owns Viva (surprisingly enough)

Good Day all, I wanted to add my voice about this horrible dealer as well..
I purchased a KTM Adventure from this dealer and after having viewed in person and I was guaranteed that Full Service and MoT will be performed.. I also ensured that the discussion with Kyle (sales person) was documented by email and the manager (Steve) confirmed in return that recall history is there and the delivered the vehicle a week later.
Upon delivery, I checked the paperwork and noticed the mot was expiring in three days and there was no service stamps nor the recall history details, when I called I was appalled to hear the salesperson, Kyle, twisted the story completely (that there never was a promise of service / mot and recall history) and when I forwarded the email confirmation that he sent affirmatively, he responds that he spoke over phone to me, after seeing the email, confirming he would not do..
So I raised a case with Trading Standards and on further research and in weeks to come, they were seeking clarity on from whom I bought the vehicle, because according to their findings it wasn't sold by Viva Moto but a company called webuyanybike.com and I never dealt with them ever...
On further research, it is clear that Viva Moto is effectively a "proxy" company for webuyanybike.com and they both belong to the same management therefore it appears that they buy motorcycles cheaply from the market (using webuyanybike.com channel) and just sell it for profit (via Viva Moto dealership) after cleaning, nothing more.. Confusingly there is another online site webuyanybike,co.uk with a different address but exhibiting same behaviour..
Be warned and PLEASE STAY CLEAR From Viva Moto. Spend your Hard Earned money somewhere else with some reputed dealer.. Check it for yourself in Companies house...
